HiTide The Coated Life Subscription Cleaning Service Agreement
Effective Date: Upon client acceptance via digital form submission
Parties: This Agreement is entered into between HiTide (“Service Provider”) and the submitting party (“Client”).
1. Term and Renewal
This Agreement remains in effect for 12 months from the date of acceptance and automatically renews for successive 12-month terms unless terminated with 30 days’ written notice.
2. Scope of Services
HiTide agrees to perform recurring cleaning services as described in the Client’s selected service package at the time of signup.
3. Payment and Billing
Client agrees to pay HiTide the recurring service fees according to the selected plan and billing schedule. Payments are due upon billing.
Accounts not paid within 24 hours of the billing date may incur a 10% late payment fee. HiTide reserves the right to suspend or reschedule services until payment is received.
Prices may be adjusted at the time of renewal with 30 days’ written notice. Late fees are cumulative and do not waive HiTide’s right to terminate this Agreement for continued nonpayment.
4. Service Changes and Scheduling
HiTide reserves the right to modify service schedules due to holidays, weather, or unforeseen circumstances. Any schedule changes will be communicated in advance.
Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a $50 missed appointment fee. This fee will be waived if the appointment is renewed or rescheduled within five (5) days of the originally scheduled date.
Additional or special services outside the scope of this Agreement will be billed separately and require prior approval from the Client.
5. Termination
Either party may terminate this Agreement:

With 30 days’ written notice after the initial term; or

Immediately upon breach if not cured within 10 days after written notice.
6. Liability and Insurance
HiTide maintains liability insurance for all operations. HiTide shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service performance.
7. Access and Safety
Client agrees to provide safe, reasonable access to all service areas during scheduled times.
8. Independent Contractor
HiTide operates as an independent contractor, not an employee or partner of the Client.
9. Acceptance of Terms
By checking the box and submitting the service signup form, the Client acknowledges:

They consent to electronic records and signatures, and

Their acceptance constitutes a legally binding contract with HiTide under the ESIGN Act and UETA.
10. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii.
