+ Is this a mobile or drop-off service?
You can choose either mobile or drop-off service. If you’re unable to receive service at home due to HOA rules or space limitations, you’re welcome to bring your vehicle to our shop.
+ What is required for the mobile service?
We simply need access to both power and water, and enough space to park our service van safely. If you live in an HOA-regulated area, please confirm that on-site car washing is allowed.
+ Can this service be done at my workplace?
Unfortunately, we do not offer services in commercial or workplace parking lots.
+ What happens if it rains?
We only postpone appointments if it is actively raining at the time of arrival and continues for at least 20 consecutive minutes. Appointments will not be rescheduled based on weather forecasts or predicted rain.
+ Can I skip an appointment?
Our pricing is based on the time between services. If you skip or delay an appointment and move to a later cycle (monthly, bi-monthly, or quarterly), your price will be adjusted accordingly.
+ Do I need to be home during the appointment?
Not at all! We can complete the service without you being present. Once finished, we’ll send you a video recap. All billing is done online.
+ Will I be charged in advance?
No. This is a pay-as-you-go service. You’ll be billed only after each service is completed.
+ Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel at any time. Please refer to our Terms of Service for details.
